Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Title

Most standard U.S. orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time.

Shipping Options

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 will have the available shipping options and rates displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available when shown during checkout, along with the applicable rate and estimated delivery timeframe.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in more than one package. If your order is shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Don't worry if one package arrives before another.

Package Issues?

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and allow up to 24 hours after the delivery scan. If you still can't locate your package, contact our support team and we'll help you.

Damaged Package?

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the package/product so we can assist you right away.

Changes & Incorrect Addresses?

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
