Warranty Information

All KHOMO GEAR products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use.
 

If a product is determined to have a covered defect during the warranty period, KHOMO GEAR may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it, or provide store credit. KHOMO Gear reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage.
 

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage resulting from alterations or modifications to the product.
 

KHOMO GEAR is not responsible for damage to other goods or property resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of a product.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a defective product, please follow the steps below:

Provide Your Information

Include your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue.

Attach Photos

Send clear photos of the product and the defect (if applicable).

Email Us

Send the information to customerservice@onixventuregroup.com and our team will assist you.

Important Notes

The 1-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
